Where are the Hawaiians and Pacific Islanders?

Which cities, besides Hawaii and Las Vegas, have the highest number of Hawaiians/Pacific Islanders? Which have the largest Hawaiian festivals, highest number of Hawaiian restaurants and other Hawaiian/Pacific Islander cultures? I can't afford to live in Hawaii so I'm hoping to live in a place that has a high influence of the Hawaiian/Pacific Islander culture and Aloha Spirit.
