How do I find pricing for immunology experiment products?

I am doing a personalized lab experiment using ELISA assays and infectious antibodies. I've only been given 100 dollars to work with.... Any suggestions on how to find pricing that will fit my budget?

1. ask companies for samples, you don't get much but you may get enough for your project. try www.calbiochem.com
2. there isn't really much you can do with $100. depending on what you are looking for, it might be a good idea to do a search on Pubmed to see if anybody else is looking at your protein of interest and maybe shooting them an email asking them (politely) for some stock.....one of the ELISAs i do, i get most of the antibodies and standards sent to me by our collaborators
